Housing (go straight to Fees)

Two types of housing are available at the Toot: "motel" type and "dormitory", each of which has its own delights.

Motel housing is:

  • Family Life Center & Pasadena Blvd Guest Quarters (formerly Central Building); first class rooms
  • Fair Village, located on the opposite side of a small lake
These facilities have private baths (mostly), and are furnished with linens and towels. Handicapped-accessible rooms are available. Most of these facilities provide two double beds per room with some rooms also providing a rollaway bed. Fair Village has only rollaway beds but it provides a small kitchen as a perk.

For those seeking the more rustic experience (or who are on a tighter budget), the Dorm facilities at

  • Camp Windham
will fill the bill. Each room has 7 single beds with a shower and toilet facilities. Besides being extremely close to our home base (McCarty Auditorium), those who stay in Camp Windham cabins also get the thrill of sleeping in their very own sheets and blankets and drying off with their very own towels. That's right, bedding and towels are not furnished in these rooms; they must be brought with you to Lakeview.

Camping accommodations are available in the RV trailer park, with full hookups.

While single rooms are available, everyone is encouraged to share rooms. If you don't have a roommate but would be willing to share, indicate double occupancy on your registration form, and a roommate will be assigned.

All Toot participants are covered by an insurance policy provided by Lakeview while at the Toot, and while traveling to and from Lakeview.

Meals

Our meals will be taken at the Sparling Cafeteria at Lakeview. Six meals are included: Friday supper (5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.) through lunch Sunday (noon). Both adult and children's meal plans are offered.

Fees

Tuition Early Bird discount! $150 per person for the weekend, if registered by Nov 1; $180 per person after Nov 1.
