Toot participants will be housed in Concordia's Residence Hall dorm (location H on the campus map...) The accommodations are 2-person suites with private bath, and furnished with a small-size refrigerator and a microwave.

Concordia does not provide linens in the dorm. Texas Toot has purchased a limited number of linen sets (sheets, towels, blanket, pillow) that will be available for rent ($25 for the week), but participants who are able are encouraged to bring your own linens. The beds are extra-long twin (XL twin). If you prefer not to stay in a dorm, there are numerous hotels in the surrounding area.

Concordia's dining facility offers a variety of fresh and prepared foods, as well as accommodating vegetarian diets and other special dietary requirements.

A "commuter" meal plan is offered (lunches and dinners only), in order to encourage commuters to take advantage of the fellowship, conversation, and convenience of the on-campus facilities — all valuable aspects of the workshop experience.

Fees

IMPORTANT NOTE: The fee structure at Concordia has changed somewhat, and we have to adjust some of our pricing accordingly. Housing is still the same as last year; meals have gone up only slightly; and the charge for the classroom facilities we use has increased about 30%. To almost cover this increase, we are raising the conference/facility use fee by $15 per person, as shown below.

Deadline for registration (if housing and/or meals are required) is May 16, 2019 — Do-It-Now early registration ends April 25!
Tuition	$440 per person "Do-It-Now" tuition (if registration and deposit are received by April 25) OR $495 per person if registration and deposit are received after April 25 $10 discount for ARS, VdGSA, and EMA members Bring-a-Friend tuition discount: Invite someone new to come to the Summer Toot! Once he/she registers, you are entitled to a 20% discount on your tuition (10% if this person has attended a Toot before, but has been absent for 5 or more years.)
Conference Fee	This year, there will be a $70 administrative and facility use fee (not subject to discount) for all participants, whether staying on- or off-campus. This fee will be added in as you make your registration payment; there is no need to write a separate check to Concordia University Texas.
Housing and Meals	These prices are final for 2019. Dorm, double occupancy: $270 Dorm, single occupancy: $420 Full meals (dinner Sunday — lunch Saturday): $292 Commuter meals (lunches and dinners only): $215

Transportation

The Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is approximately 35 minutes by car from the Concordia University campus. Ground transportation from/to the airport is available via shuttle service or taxi.

There will be a few rooms available for those who need to arrive a day early, or to stay an extra night (around $40 per person for room only). Try to book return flights around mid- to late afternoon on Saturday.

You may register online, but we must receive your deposit check for $100 by postal mail to complete your registration. Deposit is refundable until May 16, 2019.
