Toot participants will be housed in Guinn Hall on the TWU campus. (See the campus map with the buildings that we will be using circled and labeled in big print!) If you prefer not to stay in a dorm, there are numerous hotels and bed & breakfasts in Denton and the surrounding area.

Meals are served in "The Underground", a dining facility on the bottom floor of the TWU Student Union Building. Vegetarian diets are accommodated by the food service. A "commuter" meal plan is offered (lunches and dinners only), in order to encourage commuters to take advantage of the fellowship, conversation, and convenience of the on-campus facilities — all valuable aspects of the workshop experience.

The D/FW International Airport (DFW) is approximately 50 minutes by car from the Texas Woman's University campus. Ground transportation from/to the airport is available via shuttle service, although rather pricey ($65 for the first passenger, and $12 for each additional passenger).

The Toot staff is working on providing some more personal and reasonably-priced alternatives. If you will be flying in, please click here to send us email (or address your own email to transport@toot.org) with your flight times so we can coordinate those arrangements more efficiently. These arrangements will be available only to those flying into D/FW Airport, not into Dallas Love Field.

There will be a few rooms available for those who need to arrive Saturday, May 24 or to stay an extra night (around $TBD per person for room only). Try to book return flights around mid-afternoon, Saturday, May 31.
