Retreat check-in (with coffee) will be at 6:30pm Friday Feb 21, at St. Luke's Lutheran Church (1210 W. Belt Line Rd, Richardson TX 75080), followed by a rehearsal at 7:30pm. Rehearsals continue at 9:00am Saturday (coffee and bagels at 8:30am), and conclude with wine and cheese at about 4:00pm. There is excellent parking at the church.

It is possible not to attend all of the sessions and still sing the concert on Sunday afternoon. A Sunday morning rehearsal is optional for participants with church music commitments.

After a 1:00pm Sunday afternoon rehearsal at St. Luke's, we will sing the concert at 4:00pm. Further details will be provided in a welcome letter to participants.

Housing is not provided by the workshop, but D/FW area participants have volunteered to open their homes to those from outside of the area. Please note on your application if you need accommodations.
